Origins of the Reine de Naples
With 34 clocks and watches purchased between 1805 and 1814, Caroline Murat, Napoleon's youngest sister, ranked first among A.-L. Breguet's clients. This privileged relationship led to the creation of the very first watch specifically designed to be worn on the wrist.
