This role lies at the heart of our watchmaking innovation here at Montres Breguet. Talented watchmaking designers and engineers work closely together to create new watches by marrying tradition with state-of-the-art technology. This is a crucial process for upholding the Maison’s reputation as a creator of highly innovative and aesthetically singular watches.
This department manages the various support functions needed to guarantee fluid and high-quality production, including purchases, pre-production and post-production logistics and quality control.
This is where our high-precision timepieces come to life. Our master watchmakers meticulously assemble each component, from the movement to the case, using traditional techniques to ensure each detail is of appropriate quality for our watches. This stage of the production process embodies Breguet’s commitment to watchmaking excellence and reinforces our reputation as a Maison of talented craftsmen.
Our master watchmakers make the dials and individual parts using artisanal techniques including enamelling, engraving and guilloché, resulting in the creation singularly precious watches. At Breguet, each component of our movements is finished by hand. This rigorous expertise reflects Breguet’s artistic heritage and its commitment to creating exceptional watches.
The marketing and sales teams are committed to showcasing the brand and its collections through targeted and innovative strategies designed to captivate watch enthusiasts worldwide. Dans le cadre de la préparation du diplôme CFC Micromécanicien, vous rejoindrez notre Centre de Formation ainsi que notre manufacture à la Vallée de Joux afin d'être formé sur ce métier pendant quatre ans.
Vous apprendrez à fabriquer des pièces minutieuses qui serviront à la fabrication de nos mouvements
Vous réaliserez et assemblerez des outils et posages nécessaires à l'usinage ou à l'assemblage des composants horlogers
En parallèle, vous étudierez à l'Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux et aurez l'opportunité de mettre en pratique vos connaissances grâce à divers stages au sein de notre Manufacture. Les 3ème et 4ème années de cet apprentissage se dérouleront à 100% dans nos ateliers

Vos compétences
- Vous bénéficiez d’une formation en gravure, idéalement d’un CFC ou formation équivalente
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans en gravure manuelle sur des composants haut de gammes et matières précieuses
- Vous êtes doté d’un grand sens créatif, d’une sensibilité artistique et aimez la précision
- Vous possédez une excellente dextérité et acuité visuelle
- Vous disposez d’une certaine pédagogie vous permettant de transmettre vos compétences métier lors de formation et ou démonstration et faites preuve de proactivité

Die Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, dass kontinuierliche Wachstum der Boutique Performance voranzutreiben. Der Boutique Manager (all genders) trägt die volle Verantwortung für die Leitung und Leistung der Boutique, leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag bei der Suche nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und tritt als Unternehmer*in auf. Der Boutique Manager (all genders) ist engagiert und ergreift proaktive strategische Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Verantwortlichkeiten und Pflichten. - Teamführung:
- Leitung des Boutique Teams durch explizite Kommunikation von Zielen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Ergebnissen, Markenstandards und Verfahren. Du weißt Aufgaben zu, überprüfst diese und kommunizierst sie entsprechend.
- Weiterbildungsplanung jedes Boutique Team-Mitglieds und der Vermittlung der kollektiven Ziele, durch beispielsweise Team-Meetings, praktische Schulungen, Beurteilungen, Antizipation des Schulungsbedarfs, Aufgabenverteilung und Feedback zu den Erwartungen.
- Organisation des Onboardings und des Trainings zur Integration neuer Mitarbeitender als Teil der Breguet Familie vom ersten Tag an.
- Analyse des Auftretens und Verhaltens der Mitarbeitenden in Einklang mit den Unternehmens- und Boutique-Richtlinien (Uniform, Make-up, Sprache, Haare, Accessoires etc.)
- Vertriebs- und Geschäftsentwicklung:
- Erreichung von Boutique Zielen in Übereinstimmung mit der Marken-Retail Strategie (Einhaltung von Gruppenvorgängen, rechtlichen, steuerlichen und zollrechtlichen Vorschriften).
- Du weckst die Aufmerksamkeit potenzieller Interessenten und entwickelst sie in Boutique-Kundinnen und Kunden. Du gewinnst neue Kundschaft durch die Entwicklung spezifischer Programme und begleitest sie in ihrem Kunden-Lebenszyklus.
- Kontinuierliche Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen als Teil der Breguet-Familie mit besonderer Achtung auf bestehende und neue VIP-Kundinnen und Kunden, um ihre Loyalität zur Marke aufrecht zu erhalten.
- Du identifizierst Chancen und schlägst Strategien zur Kundengewinnung mithilfe des CRM-Systems vor. Dabei pflegst und aktualisierst du die Kundeninformation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Boutique Maßnahmen:
- Gewährleisten der optimalen Pflege der Boutique: Sauberkeit, ordnungsgemäße visuelle Darstellung und Einhaltung der VM-Richtlinien
- Befolgen der Gruppen- und Markenverfahren (Retail Manual). Du identifizierst Probleme und schlägst verschiedene Lösungen vor, damit der Boutique-Betrieb reibungslos verläuft.
