Main Function
The Senior Retail Sales Advisor provides exceptional experiences for all concession visitors in order to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working together with colleagues, the Assistant Concession Manager and the Blancpain management team, the Retail sales Advisor helps ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Blancpain timepiece.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service) in order to achieve the sales targets.
- Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe.
- Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging.
- Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge.
- Concession Operations:
- Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc.
- Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines.
- Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team by effectively communicating objectives, individual responsibilities, expected outcomes, brand standards, and operational procedures. Assign tasks accordingly, monitor progress, and ensure ongoing communication
- Strategically build a high-performing team by sourcing potential candidates, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. From day one, integrate new hires into the Breguet family and provide thorough training
- Exceed boutique targets in accordance with brand’s retail strategy while ensuring full compliance with Group procedures, and relevant legal, fiscal, and customs regulations
- Design and implement tailored programs to acquire high-potential customers and effectively manage the client lifecycle
- Foster lasting relationships and cultivate loyalty with clients as a member of the Breguet family, by delivering exceptional service to both new and existing VIP customers
- Identify growth opportunities and propose clienteling strategies through effective use of the CRM system
- Collect, update, and manage client information, and oversee the clienteling activities performed by Sales Consultants
- Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, including cleanliness, visually appealing displays, and adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure smooth store operations at all times
- Safeguard the security and proper maintenance of the timepiece stock

- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and ultra-high-net-worth customer behaviour
- Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork and a "can-do" attitude
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional language is a plus)
