Description du poste
- Réaliser la décoration à la lime de composants de haute horlogerie (platines, ponts, mobiles, pièces complexes et squelettisées) avec une précision irréprochable.
- Effectuer les finitions d’angles au bois et à la pâte à polir, en appliquant les méthodes traditionnelles propres à la Haute Horlogerie.
- Appliquer les techniques de polissage, de satinage et diverses décorations manuelles (ébauches, moulures & poli, étirage, poli bloqué).
- Exécuter le poli bloqué avec constance, finesse et un haut niveau d’exigence.
- Réaliser des décorations haut de gamme telles que perlage, côtes de Genève, cerclage ou colimaçonnage (un atout fortement apprécié).
- Travailler dans le respect strict des plans BT, des tolérances, des process et des standards de qualité en vigueur.
- Garantir la conformité esthétique, fonctionnelle et dimensionnelle de chaque composant décoré, en veillant à maintenir un niveau d’excellence constant.

Profil
- Vous justifiez d’au minimum 7 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire en décoration horlogère.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre habileté manuelle, votre minutie et votre sens aigu du travail bien fait.
- Vous disposez d’une excellente acuité visuelle et d’un grand sens du détail
- Vous appréciez le travail artisanal de haute précision, nécessitant patience, rigueur, autonomie et constance.

The Boutique Consultant provides exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique in order to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Sales and Business Development
o Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners in order to achieve the sales targets
o Build strong relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and product recommendations based on their preferences
o Upsell, propose products to clients and maintain a luxury client experience
o Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe
o Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging
o Ensure requests and enquiries are followed up in a timely manner

Boutique Operations

Der Boutique Manager (all genders) trägt die volle Verantwortung für die Leitung und Leistung der Boutique, leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag bei der Suche nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und tritt als Unternehmer*in auf. - Teamführung:
- Leitung des Boutique Teams durch explizite Kommunikation von Zielen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Ergebnissen, Markenstandards und Verfahren. Du weißt Aufgaben zu, überprüfst diese und kommunizierst sie entsprechend.
- Weiterbildungsplanung jedes Boutique Team-Mitglieds und der Vermittlung der kollektiven Ziele, durch beispielsweise Team-Meetings, praktische Schulungen, Beurteilungen, Antizipation des Schulungsbedarfs, Aufgabenverteilung und Feedback zu den Erwartungen.
- Organisation des Onboardings und des Trainings zur Integration neuer Mitarbeitender als Teil der Breguet Familie vom ersten Tag an.
- Analyse des Auftretens und Verhaltens der Mitarbeitenden in Einklang mit den Unternehmens- und Boutique-Richtlinien (Uniform, Make-up, Sprache, Haare, Accessoires etc.)
- Vertriebs- und Geschäftsentwicklung:
- Erreichung von Boutique Zielen in Übereinstimmung mit der Marken-Retail Strategie (Einhaltung von Gruppenvorgängen, rechtlichen, steuerlichen und zollrechtlichen Vorschriften).
- Du weckst die Aufmerksamkeit potenzieller Interessenten und entwickelst sie in Boutique-Kundinnen und Kunden. Du gewinnst neue Kundschaft durch die Entwicklung spezifischer Programme und begleitest sie in ihrem Kunden-Lebenszyklus.
- Kontinuierliche Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen als Teil der Breguet-Familie mit besonderer Achtung auf bestehende und neue VIP-Kundinnen und Kunden, um ihre Loyalität zur Marke aufrecht zu erhalten.
- Du identifizierst Chancen und schlägst Strategien zur Kundengewinnung mithilfe des CRM-Systems vor. Dabei pflegst und aktualisierst du die Kundeninformation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Boutique Maßnahmen:
- Gewährleisten der optimalen Pflege der Boutique: Sauberkeit, ordnungsgemäße visuelle Darstellung und Einhaltung der VM-Richtlinien
- Befolgen der Gruppen- und Markenverfahren (Retail Manual). Du identifizierst Probleme und schlägst verschiedene Lösungen vor, damit der Boutique-Betrieb reibungslos verläuft.
