Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team, ensuring they are trained in product knowledge, customer service, and brand values.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Make sure that all operating, H&S and security guidelines are understood and respected.
• Assure the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Logistic Department and HQ teams regarding product deliveries, restocks, and special collections.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in records and operations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback to assess the boutique's performance.
• Report on KPIs, sales trends, and customer insights to Brand Manager.
• Analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions.

Brand Representation

• Be the face of the brand, upholding the values, image, and reputation of the Breguet brand at all times.
• Represent the brand in local events, VIP client events, and high-profile promotions.
• Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), watch enthusiasts, and collectors to build a loyal client base.

Vous coordonnez l’activité de production au quotidien et managez une cellule de production (Préparation-Aiguillage, Pose bracelet, Décalque).

• Coordonner les activités de production de sa cellule

• Vous apprendrez à fabriquer des pièces minutieuses qui serviront à la fabrication de nos mouvements
• Vous réaliserez et assemblerez des outils et posages nécessaires à l'usinage ou à l'assemblage des composants horlogers
• En parallèle, vous étudierez à l'Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux et aurez l'opportunité de mettre en pratique vos connaissances grâce à divers stages au sein de notre Manufacture. Les 3ème et 4ème années de cet apprentissage se dérouleront à 100% dans nos ateliers

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• assemblage
• réglage
• pose des aiguilles et du cadran
• emboîtage de la montre
• contrôles qualité à différents stades de la production et correction des éventuels défauts

• Préparation du flux de réparation en atelier et sous-traitance (adaptation des gammes en fonction des types de travaux validés, lancement des besoins, etc.)
