This role lies at the heart of our watchmaking innovation here at Montres Breguet. Talented watchmaking designers and engineers work closely together to create new watches by marrying tradition with state-of-the-art technology. This is a crucial process for upholding the Maison’s reputation as a creator of highly innovative and aesthetically singular watches.
This department manages the various support functions needed to guarantee fluid and high-quality production, including purchases, pre-production and post-production logistics and quality control.
This is where our high-precision timepieces come to life. Our master watchmakers meticulously assemble each component, from the movement to the case, using traditional techniques to ensure each detail is of appropriate quality for our watches. This stage of the production process embodies Breguet’s commitment to watchmaking excellence and reinforces our reputation as a Maison of talented craftsmen.
Our master watchmakers make the dials and individual parts using artisanal techniques including enamelling, engraving and guilloché, resulting in the creation singularly precious watches. At Breguet, each component of our movements is finished by hand. This rigorous expertise reflects Breguet’s artistic heritage and its commitment to creating exceptional watches.
The marketing and sales teams are committed to showcasing the brand and its collections through targeted and innovative strategies designed to captivate watch enthusiasts worldwide. Nous recherchons un stagiaire en design passionné et créatif pour rejoindre notre Manufacture.
Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets innovants et de contribuer à la création de montres de haute qualité.
Vos responsabilités:
- Travailler sur des animations de la collection de base et sur des demandes spéciales
- Supporter l’équipe Design dans la création des rendus 2D et 3D
- Participer à la conception de nouveaux modèles de montres, bracelets, accessoires, etc.
- Assister les designers dans la recherche de nouvelles tendances et d’analyse du marché horloger
- Préparer des présentations et des documents de design pour les réunions internes

What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide personalized service and product recommendations to meet sales goals.
- Supporting the Boutique Manager in tracking sales performance and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage CRM, loyalty programs, and customer complaints.
- Perform stock and cash counts, bank deposits, and discrepancy reporting.
- Handle defective items and manage inventory (cash, warranty cards, GWPs).
- Maintain boutique appearance and merchandising standards.
- Organize storage, reorder GWPs, and oversee general maintenance.
- Guide staff in delivering excellent service.
- Oversee repair services and ensure timely follow-up.
- File reports and documents accurately.
- Submit staff claims and ensure smooth internal communication.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high end customer service is preferred
- Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork and a "can do" attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
