Our careers
This role lies at the heart of our watchmaking innovation here at Montres Breguet. Talented watchmaking designers and engineers work closely together to create new watches by marrying tradition with state-of-the-art technology. This is a crucial process for upholding the Maison’s reputation as a creator of highly innovative and aesthetically singular watches.
This department manages the various support functions needed to guarantee fluid and high-quality production, including purchases, pre-production and post-production logistics and quality control.
This is where our high-precision timepieces come to life. Our master watchmakers meticulously assemble each component, from the movement to the case, using traditional techniques to ensure each detail is of appropriate quality for our watches. This stage of the production process embodies Breguet’s commitment to watchmaking excellence and reinforces our reputation as a Maison of talented craftsmen.
Our master watchmakers make the dials and individual parts using artisanal techniques including enamelling, engraving and guilloché, resulting in the creation singularly precious watches. At Breguet, each component of our movements is finished by hand. This rigorous expertise reflects Breguet’s artistic heritage and its commitment to creating exceptional watches.
The marketing and sales teams are committed to showcasing the brand and its collections through targeted and innovative strategies designed to captivate watch enthusiasts worldwide. At the same time, the preservation of Breguet’s heritage focuses on safeguarding and celebrating its historical legacy, particularly through the conservation of iconic pieces that embody our rich history. As a renowned watchmaking brand, Breguet relies on its essential support functions to be able to run smoothly. This includes human resources, finance and IT departments, who ensure that resources and operations are managed efficiently. The maintenance department ensures that facilities and logistics are in order. These departments all contribute to Breguet’s excellence in high-quality watchmaking and the preservation of our prestigious reputation.
Breguet makes a watch which for twenty years never goes wrong, while the pitiful machine by which we live runs amiss and produces pain at least once a week.
Open positions
Throughout the world, Breguet employs nearly a thousand employees. The majority works within its Manufacture located in the Vallée de Joux, the cradle of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.
