This extra-flat model with a 38 mm diameter is 5.5 mm thick. The case, of a timeless simplicity, is made of gold and features a sapphire crystal caseback. It features the classic fluted case band and a crown struck with the Breguet initial. The dial, hand-engraved on a rose engine, adds to the overall sobriety: hours chapter in Roman numerals, blued open-tipped hands, individual number and secret signature at 11 and 12 o’clock, as well as between 12 and 1 o’clock.
