Montres Breguet SA only provides one Certificate of Origin and warranty for each watch sold. It is not possible to provide a duplicate of this document, as the warranty must be completed (with the reference number, serial number and date of sale) and signed by the boutique or retailer at the time of sale.
In order to avoid any issues, we recommend you make paper or digital copies of the warranty.

Montres Breguet SA does not provide its customers directly with spare parts.
Breguet service centres throughout the world offer the guarantee of a professional service carried out with respect for the very high quality standards in force at Montres Breguet SA.
You are strongly advised not to send watches to the Montres Breguet SA after-sale service in Switzerland directly by international mail or secure postal service.See the following question: My watch is in need of maintenance or repair. Where can I take my watch and to whom?
There is a significant risk of theft or damage when sending your watch by post or international mail that is not insured to the real value of the piece. Furthermore, Montres Breguet SA can accept no responsibility for any problems encountered at customs in the two countries concerned when sending a watch in this way, nor can it return the watch to the sender in the same way.
You are advised to use a winding mechanism in order to maintain the power reserve of a watch and, where necessary, adjust the date, but not in order to wind the movement. Before placing a Breguet watch in a winding mechanism, it is therefore necessary to wind the watch manually, in full.
Upon request, your retailer will provide you with the winding direction as well as the minimum number of turns per day required in order to adjust your winding mechanism.
