From Marie-Antoinette to Queen Victoria and even Empress Joséphine, many great Ladies have been faithful admirers of Breguet since the late eighteenth century. In an effort to honour this strong link to its female audience, the House of Breguet, in collaboration with the retailer Pendulum in Chiang Mai, recently invited several female clients to an afternoon dedicated to feminine high watchmaking. On this occasion, the participants were delighted to discover a selection of precious timepieces, particularly those of the famous Reine de Naples collection which takes its inspiration from the very first wristwatch, which Abraham-Louis Breguet created for Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples and sister of Napoleon 1st.
