THE "SECRET DE LA REINE" SHOWS THE TIME IN THAILAND

13/09/2013

Breguet makes a point of honor to develop each of its creations based on an ancestral savoir-faire and design. This year, the House pays tribute to the art of cameo carving - a traditional technique of sculpture on the surface of a shell - and presents the watch "Secret de la Reine".

Inspired by the famous portrait of the Queen of France called "Marie-Antoinette à la rose", this timepiece is the epitome of finesse, purity and radiance. It is adorned with a beautiful cameo engraved rose, which, in the tradition of secret watches, reveals the time. The company’s gem-setting skills are also used and amply displayed on the dial and flange as well as on the collection’s emblematic bow.

This exceptional piece and other Breguet watches and jewelry creations are currently presented in Bangkok, Thailand, at the occasion of the “Bangkok Central International Watch Fair." The Breguet team invites you to discover them on its booth until October 2, 2013.
